A visual companion for breath

INTENT

Breath explores how breath can be supported through visual rhythm. Users choose an aesthetic that feels supportive, select a box-breathing length, and follow a gentle guide through inhale, hold, exhale, and pause.

The goal is not optimization - it's presence. A moment to reset, soften, and return with support of a visualization tool.

KEY DECISIONS

Choose your aesthetic

Five visual languages invite users to select what feels calming and supportive in this moment.

Choose your rhythm

Users can select 4, 6, or 8 count box breathing to match their needs and capacity.

Care before performance

This tool is designed for well-being, not productivity. Presence over performance, always.

Box breathing is a structured breath practice built around four equal phases: inhale, hold, exhale, and pause. The steady rhythm can offer a simple point of focus, creating space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and return to the present moment.
